Our Story
Dovetails was founded by Chai Shetty, after two decades of leadership experience in hyper-growth startups & complex multinationals in London, San Francisco, Stockholm & Singapore, including senior leadership roles at some of Europe's largest consumer brands: Deliveroo, Ecover + Method, Photobox + Moonpig.
Chai also has a Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD Business School, where she focused on Organisational Psychology and Strategy.
Chai observed that old models of leadership based on fear and hierarchy were poorly suited to the fast-paced, innovative businesses of today. What businesses really need to thrive in a world powered by Artificial Intelligence is Human-Centric Leadership: leaders who know how to build talented and motivated teams and unleash the best in them.
Dovetails was borne of a desire to empower this next generation of leaders.
